Is your property already listed with a Realtor?  No problem!  We work with listings agents all over Texas and do NOT interfere with your listing agreement or the commission structure.

We are like a Buyer’s Agent on steroids.  We handle the entire event, find our OWN buyer and, if the event leads to a successful closing, we represent our buyer for the agreed commission in your local MLS.  (typically 3%)

It couldn’t get any friendlier…for you or your agent.  We will even promote your agent and supply him/her with all kinds of marketing material to share with their sphere of influence and professional network, resulting in even more exposure of your home to prospective buyers.
